Added a converged flag so we can distinguish whether a simulation has converged to the wrong option or just timed out. Also added the final beliefs so we can see what options are being converged to.

Changed method for saving the error data and added a run trials file similar to the no comparison simulation.

Added the ability to have smaller clusters for pooling. Also updated the options data to have qualities within the open interval 0,1 as opposed to the closed.

Fixed error in calculating probability of confusing options. As lambda tends to 0 we should have that the probability tends to 0.5.

Changed belief naming bug in agent::setBelief. Need to check what is making it throw an error though. Is it just a rounding error?

Fixed a bug in the code which was allowing inconsistentencies in the update on evidence c++ function.
